Mill Group
The hub for innovation and development
Mill Group Limited is the main trading name of the Mill portfolio of companies and acts as the nucleus for innovation and group development. Mill Group is constantly researching and developing new opportunities that will be attractive to investors wanting secure ROI and a high ethical content.
It is now focused on the home ownership expectation of young and upwardly mobile consumers and has created the Co-Investment Model. The model solves most of the investment issues faced by institutions and other investors by providing an effective and economically attractive route to investment in the residential market. A key objective of the Fund is to encourage new owners who are currently unable to consider home ownership as a result of high deposit requirements.

Mill Residential Investment Management
Mill Residential property specialists
Mill Residential Investment Management has been recently formed to develop and service a unique co-investment model that can maximise returns for investors within the residential property market whilst helping people to own their own homes.
Until now the concerns of investors have focused on management and maintenance leakages, issues with voids, possible reputational damage and the uncertainty as to liquidity and tenures… until Mill Residential Investment Management arrived.
Before long, co-investment will be the natural choice of consumers looking to manage their steps onto, up, down and off the property ladder.
